•Elite Tier Programme
Members who have
achieved a minimum amount of tier qualifying set miles
or sectors within a period of 12 calendar months will
automatically become Elite Silver or Elite Gold member
and will enjoy even more benefits.
Elite members will
be able to enjoy their Elite Status benefits from
the date of their qualification plus an additional
13 months. So if a member qualifies in July 2006,
he/she will enjoy Elite benefits throughout 2006 until
31 January 2008.
Silver
Member
A member who has
earned at least 25,000 eligible flight miles or 20
sectors in one calendar year (1 Jan – 31 Dec)
will qualify to become a Silver member. Once a member
earns 25,000 miles, a tier-qualifying bonus of 5,000
miles will be credited to the member’s account.
Being a Silver member,
he/she will earn 50% Elite Tier bonus in addition
to base miles and class of service bonus. A Silver
member will also be given an additional baggage allowance
of 10 kg, a personalised luggage tag and complimentary
access to Sky Lounge at the Brunei International Airport.
Gold
Member
A member can qualify
as a Gold member when the account reaches at least
50,000 eligible fight miles or have flown on Royal
Brunei Airline flights for 40 sectors within one calendar
year (1 Jan – 31 Dec).
Once a member’s
account reaches 50,000 flight miles, additional 10,000
tier qualification bonus miles will be credited. A
gold member will enjoy additional baggage allowance
of 20kg, complementary access to international airport
lounges (where available), a personalised luggage
tag and priority award redemption.
• Guest
Lounge Access for Gold Member
In addition, Royal Skies Gold members
can now invite one guest to enjoy access to the airport
lounges where Royal Brunei Airlines Business class
passenger have access. You can discuss business or
simply relax in an inviting ambiance before your next
journey.
There is no prior nomination required.
Simply advise the name and flight number of your guest
when you are checking in. Your guest must hold a Royal
Brunei Airlines ticket. An invitation card will be
issued to allow your guest access to the lounge. Access
for guests to the lounge at some airports is subject
to capacity.

Royal Skies Benefits
Apart from Award
Redemptions, Royal Skies also offers Mileage Pooling
facility. Pooling is allowed between only two accounts
during a period of one year. A member can pool miles
to family and friends. There is no prior nomination
and this service is free! To request for account pooling,
a member must complete the Mileage
Pooling Form and send it to Royal Skies Service
Centre.
