Terms & Conditions

1. Applicable for Royal Skies ELITE Gold and Silver members only.
2. Sales and Booking Period: Immediate
3. Ticketing Period: Two (2) days after booking confirmation.
4. Travelling date (outbound) commences: 7th August 2009.
5. Ticket Validity: Six (6) months. No extension allowed.
6. Ticket restrictions: strictly non-refundable, non-transferable.
7. No redeposit of miles allowed for partially used ticket.
8. Not eligible with other promotions.
9. Eligible for Royal Skies mileage accrual.
10. All flight awards are for round trip travel.  One-way trips require the same mileage as round trips.
11. Tickets booked in W, X, G, O, Q, M, S, A, R, U, I, E booking classes, reduced rate companion, industry discount, agency discount, and any itinerary which has a sector that is booked under one of these classes, are not entitled for an upgrade award redemption. RBA reserves the right to restrict any booking classes for upgrade awards from time to time.
12. Members must have confirmed and ticketed reservations prior to requesting upgrade awards.
13. A minimum of five (5) working days prior to departure is required for booking of awards travel.
14. Members are required to login into www.bruneiair.com/royalskies, redeem and submit the online Promotion Redemption Form  from Member’s Page.
15. Members are NOT allowed to redeem the award travel for another person under this promotion.
16. Members will be advised when the award ticket will be ready for issuance and payment for taxes and surcharges to be made. Payment for taxes and surcharges can be conducted at the RBA ticketing office or at the RBA airport ticket office prior to flight departure. Award tickets are issued as electronic ticket.
17. Awards seats will be available on all flights, however RBA reserves the right to limit availability of seats for flight or upgrade awards on all flights and in all classes of service. Seats may still be available for sale, but not available for Royal Skies redemption.
