- Not eligible for Royal Skies mileage accrual and no upgrade redemption to Business Class allowed for redeemed Economy Class ticket(s).
- Reservations and ticketing may only be done at Royal Skies Service Centre or at RBA ticket office in Brunei.
- Royal Skies members must ensure that they have enough miles prior to reservations and upon booking complete the Promotion Redemption Form for mileage deduction.
- Royal Skies members may purchase a ticket for another person if there are enough miles in the member’s account and the member completes the Promotion Redemption Form.
